Foundation Realty is comprised of three individuals all with different areas of expertise coming together for an “AHA-moment”, realizing we can use our skills and experience to change things for the better in the community through real estate.
           David Chapman, owner, comes to the table offering 30 years of experience in general contracting.  He has decided to use his wide spread knowledge and contacts to focus on Real Estate Investing.
         Joining David is Mary Nicolantonio who just left her management position at a company she contributed to the growth of for 18 years.  She has excellent customer service, project management, marketing and sales experience.
              Jaime Butler completes the team with skills in accounting, office management and paralegal services.  She offers a wide scope of training and knowledge in multiple businesses.
